Apex's development and investment divisions are headed by President and CEO Ray Watts; a twenty-four year industry veteran and licensed real estate broker. Ray earned a BA at NC State University and earned a Masters of Organizational Management from Pfeiffer University. The Apex Home Center is a full service interior design / furniture and home accessory sales facility. Established in 2005, the home center offers a one stop shopping opportunity for everything home related, from mortgages and insurance, to exotic rugs, to pest control and bedding.
